It was easy and seamless

I had my car serviced and my tires rotated. I waited at the dealership for the work to be done. I appreciate that it didn’t take long and that the waiting area was very comfortable.

They made the process really easy and were great to work with.

Great service experience

The sales and finance staff were very responsive and provided the detailed information I was looking for. Since I am not local, they went the extra mile to arrange transport for the new vehicle. They made the 'long distance paperwork' as easy as it could be. Overall, a great experience with Kim Hansen Chevrolet.

Always fast and reliable

Everyone was so professional and kind. Things were explained so that I could understand them and I appreciate that. The only downside to my visit was the price, I think you should include the tire rotation with the oil change and not charge extra.
