It was easy and seamless

I specifically asked for my engine air filter to be changed. The Chey app has a notification it's at 5% and it was noted but not changed. I had a tire that had a nail in it and they said they couldn't repair it. I took it to my local tire shop and did repair it.

Prompt and professional

The tech didn’t hook up a hose to my fuel management system and I had to take to a different dealership on Monday morning because the check engine light came on.

Luke was great to work with, didn't pressure me, but took time to answer all my questions.

Adam was truthful and very accommodating. He communicated well and made the buying experience very pleasant. Jordan was also very easy to work with.

Everyone was so professional and kind. Things were explained so that I could understand them and I appreciate that. The only downside to my visit was the price, I think you should include the tire rotation with the oil change and not charge extra.
