I specifically asked for my engine air filter to be changed. The Chey app has a notification it's at 5% and it was noted but not changed. I had a tire that had a nail in it and they said they couldn't repair it. I took it to my local tire shop and did repair it.

We looked at a lot of different dealers for basically the same vehicle. Kim Hansen (Luke specifically) was the only dealer that actually listened to our needs and put us in motion for the purchase.

I had to wait a couple of months for my car to arrive at the dealership but Adam King kept me updated the whole waiting period. He's very knowledgeable about any questions you may have . Ask for him if your thinking about purchasing a car. You wont be sorry....Everyone was very helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my purchasing experience.at Kim Hansen Chevrolet. I hate pushy car dealers but there was none of that here...The finance person was especially helpful. He was kind and took his time with me to make sure i understood everything before signing the papers...Everyone there actually made me feel like. I was part of the family. ..2 thumbs up and 10's all around!!
